Nagpur: Directorate General of Information and Public Relation Secretary and Director General Brijesh Singh inaugurated the exhibition of ‘Lokrajya’ Magazine which is supposed to be the mouthpiece of State Government.
Present for the inauguration of exhibition held in the Legislative House premises were Directorate Information and Public Relation Nagpur-Amravati Divisions Director Ramdhkrishna Muli, Deputy Director (Pune) Mohan Rathod, Deputy Ditrector (News) Govind Ahankari and other officials.
The Lokrajya magazine’s exhibition arranged by Directorate of Information and Public Relation attracted the people coming for the winter session. This has exhibition has been organised by Directorate Information and Public Relation Nagpur-Amravati Divisions on the occasion of winter session. The Lokrajya issues from 1964 have been displayed which are on- Bal Gandharva, Shahu Maharaj’s Accession Ceremony, Dhamachakra Pravartan Mahotsav, Dnyaneshwari Saptashatabdi (November 1990), Sane Guruji, Vasantdada Patil, Yeshwantrao Chavan, Punjabrao Deshmukh, Mahatma Gandhi, Independence Day, Vidarbha Special issues of (2011 and 2017), Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Sammelan, Competitive Exams Guidance special issue, Election, Agriculture, Irrigation, Beti Bachao, Education, Forest, Tourism and others.
Earlier the Lokrajya magazine was published in black and white but from 2006 it has been coming out in colour. This magazine has been changed as per time. In the beginning it was just focused on to reach Maharashtra Government’s scheme to the people. The Lokrajya is published in English Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu and these all are available online.
