Nagpur : The Winter examination this year has put the Engineering students in a fix, as thier practicals and written examinations are falling on the same day. This flip flop in the Time Table has revealed the preparedeness of the university in view of the exams.
The winter examination of engineering 3rd , 5th and 7th Semester is beginning from November, 5. Herein, many of these students have thier 4th and 6th sem subjects back. These students will have to appear for thier previous and current sem exams this winter.However, the time table is been such that for some of the papers , these students will have to go for 2 exams a day.
The engineering practical exams are also strating from November, 5. Wherein, according to the university Time Table the written examination of 4th and 6th sem, and the practical examination of 5th & 7TH sem are fallling on the same day. The students will have to run down both places for the same. The engineering students have expressed displeasure over this.
Already the winter examinations were delayed because of Maharashtra assembly elections. As per information, the university has asked the colleges to schedule the practical exams next day after written exams. But no notification on the same has issued by the university.
