The Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur university (RTMNU) has extended the dates for ‘online’ revaluation of certain Engineering stream. According to reports, there was some miscommunication between the university and colleges over online revaluation process. Proper information was not being conveyed to the students. As a result, university has extended the dates and has kept September 8 as last date for submission of revaluation applications, and the colleges will have to present the online form till September 10.
As a pilot project, RTMNU in its steps towards IT reforms has introduced the ‘Online’ Revaluation process in engineering stream. The exams of all the engineering streams got concluded on August 23. However, the students were not aware of the online application process and many could not apply for revaluation on the given date.
RTMNU, therefore, decided to extend the online application process for Third Year Mechanical, Fourth Year Mechanical, Fourth Year Electronics and fourth year Civil.
If this online initiative gets successful then it will be implemented for other streams, too.
