Generally in a business family till a girl gets married, most familes do not object girls going for employment but once married, she is restriced to house hold work. We have to change our mind set and let women take charge of Business Back office which can be controlled from residence said B.C.Bhartia, National President, Confederation of All India Traders. He was speaking at Golden Jublee Celebrations of Ganjan Chamber of Commerce Brahmapur (Odisha).

Bhartia said that about 50% of our competent duly educated human resources are out side the economic activities sitting at home. If this competent human resource are inducted in to main stream of business activities like statutory compliances, accounting, banking etc. Businessman will get more time to do business. It will in turn help Indian economy grow.

Addresing large gathering of business leaders of Odisha, Bhartia said that traders will have to adopt modern techniques in doing business. Becoming eligible for more business loans is the need of hour. In order to confirm the figures in Trading account, the traders should ensure that daily sales are deposited in bank and all pruchases are paid through banking transactions. Traders should learn how to enjoy interest free credit through use of credit cards in business transaction said B.C.Bhartia.

Drawing attention towards future business challenges, Bhartia said that youths are shifting towards online purchases. Every year the share of e-commerce business in rising. Traders will have to ensure that their shops are off line as well as online. There should be provison for payment gateway to collect sales proceeds.

Bhartia said that traders should ensure increase in business and exports of local traditional products. This will help in bringing money to local skilled artisians. This will improve the spending capacity of local people thereby increasing local trade.

On the occasion B.C.Bhartia released a silver coin of Chamber and a Sovinier of Golden Jublee, President of Ganjan Chamber of Commerce V.V.Ram Narasinga Rao and Chairman of Goldenjublee Committee K. Sivaprased Subudhi welcomed B.C.Bhartia.
