Nagpur: A major traffic jam was triggered on Hingna Road after an allegedly intoxicated youth repeatedly stood in front of moving buses and vehicles, creating chaos and endangering commuters.
According to eyewitnesses, the youth intentionally blocked traffic by standing in front of a bus and later lay down on the road, refusing to move despite repeated requests from the bus driver.

The driver reportedly remained patient for a considerable time and tried to persuade the youth to clear the road. However, after the man continued obstructing the bus, the frustrated driver allegedly slapped him. Bystanders quickly intervened and brought the situation under control.
No injuries were reported in the incident. However, the episode caused a lengthy traffic snarl, leaving commuters stranded and disrupting vehicular movement for a prolonged period.
The incident has once again raised concerns over public safety and law enforcement, with citizens demanding stricter action against individuals creating disturbances under the influence of alcohol.
