Acting timely for prevention of dangerous activities in Nagpur and for safety of citizens, Nagpur police under the directions of commissioner of police, K K Pathak, personnel of Pachpaoli police station have arrested Paramjeetsingh alias Jentil Sardar son of Gurucharansingh Lohia,32, a resident of, Sujatanagar, near Sagar Beer Bar, Pachpaoli Nagpur, under The Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders and Dangerous Persons Act, 1981.
Serious offences like rioting, issuing life threats, causing bodily injuries, offences about immovable property, extortion, obstructing public servants in their official duty, abusing using filthy language, possessing illegal arms have been registered against Paramjeetsingh. In spite of taking preventive action against him on many occasions, he has continued indulging in such acts.
The action was carried out under the guidance of commissioner of police, K K Pathak, ACP, Sanjay Saxena, DCP, Sunil Kolhe by police inspector, Supare, Sawarkar, senior police inspector of Pachapoli police station, D S Khobragade, police sub-inspector, P S Tayade, police constables Pramod Rokade, Manjeetsingh and Laxmikant.
