Three People Killed, Two Injured as Four-Storey Building Collapses Near Bus Stand in Indore

Three people killed and two were injured after a four-storey building collapsed near Sarwate bus stand in Indore on Saturday. The incident occurred at around 9: 30 PM. Over two-dozen people were feared trapped in the debris, media reported.

Police and fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot. If reports are to be believed, the area hosts a major bus stand and has a number of eateries which were full of people.

The reason for its sudden collapse is not clear, police said, adding that rescue work is underway. More details awaited.
