• The job incumbent will be responsible for managing retail operations in the district allocated to him/her.
• The following will be the key deliverables
• Achieve business targets for the District as per predetermined goals in terms of Sales and Profitability
• Manage retail operations within the allocated budgets and resources
• Guide and mentor the Store Managers in handling their respective teams, stocks, promotions and other store resources
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Provide valuable insight about product performance and customer feedback to other related teams

Minimum experience: Between three and five years
Education: MBA/PGDM
Salary range: ₨ 5,00,000 – ₨ 7,00,000 / Yearly (Gross Pay)
