He reviewed the progress of slum areas such as Ambedkar Nagar, Danteshwari, Gopalnagar, Priyankawadi, Sahakar Nagar, Gujarwadi, Ramtekenagar, Rahate Nagar Toli, Rajivnagar, and Chinchbhuwan Shanti Niketan.

In addition to slum regularization, Fadnavis reviewed other municipal projects, directing the administration to accelerate various development works in the city. He emphasized the need for a more efficient grievance redressal system to address citizens’ issues promptly. He also stressed the importance of addressing drainage problems and ensuring that information boards in completed project areas are prominent and easily visible.
