Nagpur: Frustrated over daily fights with her husband, a 40 year old lady dentist attacked him with a knife, leaving him profusely bleeding and dead. The sensational murder was committed in the couple’s residence in Hudkeshwar in the intervening night of Sunday and Monday.
The lady doctor, identified as Twinkle Uke had a heated exchange with her husband Ravikant Uke who worked in a pathology lab near Hudkeshwar. Hudkeshwar police have arrested Twinkle under section 302.
Sources informed that couple got into serious spat on Sunday night following which Twinkle picked up a knife and inflicted injuries on Ravikant, who collapsed on the spot.
He was later rushed to a private hospital where he was declared dead.
Sources said the couple had a 7 year old son and often get into tiff over petty domestic issues.
Ravikant’s father and mother too resided with them in the same house and were fast asleep when the gory incident took place.
