Nagpur: A dead fetus packed in a polythene bag was found outside a house in the Abhinav Colony–Panchdeep Nagar area under the jurisdiction of Sonegaon police station in Nagpur, causing alarm in the neighborhood. After receiving information about the incident, Sonegaon police rushed to the spot and began an investigation.
Residents noticed a suspicious polythene bag lying outside a house in Abhinav Colony. On inspecting it, they found that it contained a dead fetus. The police were immediately informed.
Considering the seriousness of the incident, police called a forensic team to the scene. The team collected necessary samples and evidence from the spot. The fetus was sent to AIIMS hospital for further medical examination and legal procedures.
