Nagpur: Continuing his stern action against spurious gutka and pan masala, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Gajanan Rajmane on late Monday raided a godown in Mauda area and seized Scented Tobacco and Gutka worth Rs 1 crore.
Cops have rounded up three accused in this connection including godown manager and owner.

According to sources, DCP Rajmane received secret information regarding the stock of Scented Tobacco and Pan Masala stored illegally inside a Mauda based godown. Acting swiftly on the inputs, the squad of Zone 3 cops led by DCP Rajmane conducted the raid and found spurious materials worth Rs 1 crore.
