Opposition Leader in Assmbly Eknath Khadse challenges Maharashtra Government to show daring and arrest and jail the Directors of Co-operative Banks who forced the banks go bankrupt by robbing hundreds of farmers, co-operative societies, employees, Zilla Parishads which trusted the Co-operative Banks and deposited their money in these banks.

Nagpur News:

The Opposition Leader in Assmbly Eknath Khadse threw a gauntlet to the Maharashtra Government to dare and send the corrupt Directors of Co-operative Banks to jails. “The corrupt Directors have forced the Co-operative Banks go bankrupt and have robbed hundreds of farmers, co-operative societies, employees, Zilla Parishads which trusted the Co-operative Banks and deposited their money in these banks. They could not receive their crores and crores of rupees. Now the bankrupt banks could not provide crop loans to farmers. ZPs lost money in crores thus affecting the development works. The Government has still not passed the Act which was meant to curb private money lenders who were the cause of many farmers committing suicides. Khadse challenged the Government to arrest the bandit Directors of Co-operative Banks and send them to jail.

The Co-opeartive Banks include banks from Nagpur, Buldadna, Wardha, Jalna, Dhule, and Nandurbar.

The BJP leader Eknath Khadse was speaking in the House after his colleague Devendra Fadnavis raised a Call Attention Notice over the issue.

Mr Eknath Khadse, you are absolutely right on the corrupt Directors of Co-operative Banks. But please ask Devendra Fadnavis what happened to Spanco issue. The Nagpur leader Devendra Fadnavis, and many more Nagpur leaders, it appears, have dumped the volcanic Spanco issue itself in the Arabian Sea, instead forcing the cancellation of an agreement negotiated by the Government with the demonic Spanco. The “roaring tigers,” “Fire-spitting dragons” and the “Messiahs of tortured consumers” in Nagpur kicked the burning Spanco issue into the Arabian Sea thus surrendering to the Government’s muscle powers.

Today’s was the Third Day of Monsoon Session of Maharashtra Assembly. Nagpur citizens were expecting a “third degree” treatment to Maharashtra Government and force it to tear apart the agreement with Spanco. Instead, the Nagpur citizens were given the “third degree” treatment by the Nagpur leaders by abandoning them midway and leaving them at the mercy of cruel Spanco.

Now, let us hope for a Fourth Day miracle.
