Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, Mumbai terror attack accused Zaki-ur-Rehman-Lakhvi have been declared as individual terrorists by the ministry of home affairs.
Apart from them, JeM chief Masood Azhar, LeT founder Hafiz Saeed have also been declared terrorists under the new anti-terror law.
