Nagpur: Crime Branch of Nagpur Police has cracked the mysterious laptop and mobile thefts taking place in YCCE hostel in MIDC area by arresting two youths in this connection. In the process, the Crime Branch sleuths also brought to light seven such crimes in the area.
The Crime Branch, after digging information, arrested the two accused youths Sachin Jagdish Gaur (19), resident of Gyandeep Nagar, Jaitala and Vikas Rampal Valmik (19), Rajiv Nagar, Hingna Road, Nagpur and recovered one laptop and six very expensive mobile phones collectively worth Rs 1,20,000 from their possession. The two accused were allegedly stealing laptops and mobile phones of students of the YCCE hostel. With the arrest the two accused, the cops also solved seven theft cases of MIDC area.
