CREDAI to organise New India Summit in Nagpur to address the progress of Tier II, III & IV cities

Nagpur: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is organising a New India Summit on November 9 and 10 at Nagpur to address the progress and issues faced by the real estate developers from Tier II, III & IV cities in the country. The theme of the event will be “Small Towns, Big Capabilities”.

The real estate industry, having gone through a revolutionary phase, provides an extremely exciting opportunity for all realtors to participate.

CREDAI, in an attempt to elevate that number to an even greater degree, aims to set up a platform wherein the factors behind the small-scale cities’ long-term sustainable growth can be ascertained and managed.

The forum will be attended by Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.

The event will facilitate and impart knowledge regarding different aspects like improved infrastructure, construction of low-cost houses, using advanced business techniques for sales & efficient utilization of financial resources, amongst other things.
