Nagpur News: Nandanvan police have arrested an aged man on the charges of possessing huge quantity of marijuana (Ganja) worth lakhs of rupees.
According to police, the accused has been identified as Sheikh Ismail Sheikh Musa (65), resident of Shivankar Nagar Slums, near Gajbhiye Kirana Stores. Police, acting on a tip off, raided the house of Musa and frisked him and his house.
Police found 29 kg of marijuana stocked in three bags and 39 grams of the stuff from Musa collectively worth Rs 2,91,140. Police have seized the stuff and arrested the drug peddler Sheikh Ismail Sheikh Musa under Section 20 of NDPS Act. Nandanvan PSI Ingle is probing the matter further.
