The residents of Dhantoli near the Park area had got a panic attack when around four police vehicles converged near Prakash Palace situated in the posh residential area in Dhantoli hit opposite to Anand Ashram Restaurant on September 9, 2014 between 2:30 pm to 4 pm.
The head of the Social Security Wing of the Nagpur Police Crime Branch Deputy Police Commissioner Sunil Kolhe received a secret tip off that a person named Paramjit Singh is running a call girl racket forcing young girls into flesh trade from Flat 304, Third Floor, Prakash Palace on September 9, 2014. The cops raided the premises and rescued three innocent-girls from the spot.
On preliminary investigation it came to light that the accused Paramjit Singh used to lure the poor and needy young girls with cash benefits and push them into flesh trade for self financial benefits.
The Social Security Wing of Nagpur Police Crime Branch has registered a case against the accused Paramjit Singh under Section 3,4,5,6,7 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act. Further investigation are underway.
