Nagpur: A lewd teacher at a tuition class outraged the modesty of a 17-year old girl student by forcibly showing her obscene video and photos of porn acts on his mobile phone. Moreover, with the “aroused sentiments” the accused teacher audaciously “urged” the girl student to ‘have the acts.” However, when the girl protested and refused to fall prey to the unacceptable demand, the accused teacher doled out a threat to the girl and asked her to keep her mouth shut or face the consequences. But the girl gathered courage and registered a case with Lakadganj police against the accused teacher. Cops have now booked the lewd teacher.
According to police sources, the 17-year old girl, around 7 am on June 4, had gone to NSY Education Centre, Wardhaman Nagar, for Class XII tuition. However, the girl was left stunned when the accused teacher of the tuition class Anant Mohanrao Nimje (41), resident of Plot No. 108, Opposite Haldiram Factory, Wardhaman Nagar, called her near to him and started showing her vulgar video and photos of porn acts on his mobile phone. Moreover, the accused teacher also tried to indulge in the indecent acts. However, when the girl protested and refused to tow the line, the enraged accused Anant Nimje threatened her and told her not to narrate his deeds to anybody. But the shocked girl decided to teach a lesson to the accused teacher and lodged a complaint with Lakadganj police in this regard.
PSI Thorat, based on the girl’s complaint, has booked the accused teacher Anant Nimje under Sections 354(A)(1), 504 of IPC read with Sections 12, 11, 67(A) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and investigating the matter further.
