Such camps will be a fortnightly affair and will be held in all Nagpur MLAs constituencies. First one will be at CM Fadnavis’ area of South-West Vidhan Sabha constituency. Venue will be Mundle High School.
Nagpur: Guardian Minister of Nagpur Chandrashekhar Bawankule accompanied by all important city officials like NIT Chairman, Municipal Commissioner and Collector held a press meet today to give information about the camp “Shibir” as they are calling it, to be held this Saturday on 30 th May. It will be inaugurated by the CM, who will spend at least two hours there meeting the people. Surface Transport Minister, and city M.P. Nitin Gadkari is also expected to attend.
Any Nagpur citizen, who has any complain to make about any issue or service offered by the Govt. can file it at the special cell created for accepting such complains at the District Setu Office and the Collectorate in Civil Lines from 19th May to 25th May. The cell will be working on all public holidays too like on Sunday 24th May.
All the complains that are received at these cells will be scrutinized by the concerned departments by the same evening and forwarded to appropriate authorities for further action. An Action taken report will be compiled and handed over at the CM’s Secretariat by 5 p.m. on 28th May where the Guardian Minister will hold a meeting to go into the report.
On the day of the camp (Shibir) arrangements will be made for approximately 5000 citizens who are estimated to gather at the venue of Mundle High School on South Ambazari road. Stalls will be put up for various government department officials to meet citizens, with seating arrangement, drinking water etc. for all.
Parking will be made available at Kurve’s High School, Blind School, Govt ITI and public health department premises.
