Nagpur: Under the jurisdiction of Lakadganj police station, a woman along with her daughter was going by her Activa scooter. Meanwhile a chain-snatcher reached her by Pulsar bike and snatching her gold chain fled the spot. The chain is said to be worth Rs 30,000.
According to police Rita Suresh Satija (49), resident of Jawahar nagar, Bhandara had come to her daughter at Nagpur on December 2. She along with her daughter went out on Activa and was standing near NIT Ground. In the mean time, a Pulsar rider reached her and snatching her gold chain fled the spot. The lady filed a police complaint, and Lakadganj police is investigating the case.
