CBI arrests NHAI general manager in Rs 20-lakh bribery case

Nagpur: CBI have arrested Arvind Kale, general manager of National Highways Authority of India, in a bribery case. CBI arrested Kale, from Nagpur for demanding a bribe of Rs 20 lakh out of the total amount for clearing pending bills.

They have recovered Rs 45 lakh cash, including the bribe of Rs 20 lakh, during a search operation following Kale’s arrest, the officials said.
