Nagpur: Amravati boy Devvrat Ganediwal has secured the top slot in Vidarbha and probably the second in countrywide ranking with 99.99 percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT), taken for the entrance to the prominent Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in the country.

In the CAT results which were declared on Tuesday, Nagpur’s Nilay Bang has gained second position in the entire Vidarbha region with 99.95 percentile whereas Nagpur’s Rohit Agrawal scored the third spot with 99.49 percentile. Another student Ayushi Shrivastava shone at fourth position with 99.24 percentile.

Till the time of filing the report, Devvrat appeared to be securing second position in the nationwide ranking. A student from Bhopal has managed to make the cut with 100 percentile.

Meanwhile the ranking of Devvrat was not yet cleared even as his family members cheered for the major success of their ward. However with no match coming in sight Devvrat may clearly secure the second rank in the countrywide ranking.
