Burglars struck in a big way in Vaishali Nagar of Panchpaoli area in city and targeted two jewellery shops and three cloth stores. The shutters of the five shops were broken at Monday night and valuables and other material worth lakhs were stolen. No arrests have so far been made.
The gang of burglars struck at Akash Jewellers, Chandni Collection and three cloth shops on Monday night and took away with them booty worth lakhs. A team of police from Panchpaoli Station reached the spot and started investigation.
Cops have made no breakthrough in the thefts till the filing of this report.
