Burglars relieve house owner of booty worth Rs 2,16,000 in Sakkardara

Nagpur News: In an incident of burglary, a store room was targeted and a booty worth Rs 2,16,000 was stolen.

According to police, the theft occurred at the house of Mukesh Shrihari Patil (25), resident of Anand Nagar, Sakkardara. Mukesh had gone to his village Gadegaon in Bhandara on September 6.

However, when he returned on September 9 at about 1.30 pm, to his bewilderment, he found the valuables including gold ornaments and cash missing from the store room.

The burglars had broke open the lock of the store room and cleaned it by sweeping the booty. Mukesh reached Sakkardara police station and lodged a complaint in this regard.
