Buffaloes continue to cause traffic congestion

Nagpur: Residents of East Nagpur are subjected to severe traffic problems thanks to the apathy of local administration and owners of bovines that are roaming around on road causing congestions and mishap.

Despite reporting the matter to local authorities and cops, they have failed to contain the menace caused by the animals on road, locals said. Both authorities and owners of the animals are in deep slumber.
