BJP marches ahead in NMC polls, leads in 101 seats, Congress in 25

Nagpur: Counting of votes for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) elections commenced on Friday, with early trends indicating a decisive lead for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

As per initial figures flashed by television news channels, the BJP is ahead in 101 of the 151 civic seats. The early trends are available from 128 seats.
