Nagpur: BJP General Secretary and MLC Chandrashekhar Bawankule visited the flood-affected villages of Kamptee, Kuhi, Bhiwapur and met the residents there. He assured the flood-affected people of compensation from the government for the damage caused due to rain and flood.
Due to incessant rain, many villages were flooded. Many people’s agriculture came under water. Due to this, personal loss was caused to farmers as well as many citizens. Bawankule started the tour of this damaged area from Monday. He inspected the damaged villages of Sonegaon in Kamptee taluka, Kuchadi-Mohali in Kuhi taluka, Chikhlapar in Bhiwapur taluka and held discussions with the citizens.
Bawankule inquired about the damage to agriculture and houses. He visited many houses and inspected the damage. He assured that the citizens will be compensated as much as possible from the state government. Due to this, the farmers and citizens who were in despair due to the loss got a big relief.
