Job Description :
- Service through relationship management
- Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service.
- Act as single point advisor for customers in his allocated book of relations.
- Assist in Direct customer service policyholder’s complaint resolution.
- Ensure retention of in his allocated book of relations.
- Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.
- To gain customer confidence by building relation and manage his/her complete insurance/financial portfolio
- Educate prospects about MNYL products vis-à-vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions
- Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated orphan customers to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Need based product pitching and focus on all product categories
- Adherence to MNYL pre-sales & post-sales guidelines
