Nagpur: Ambazari Bangiya Samsad (ABS) of Ordnance Factory Ambazari has all set to celebrate 51st Year of Durga Puja between Oct 15 and 19, this year.
Well known artists from West Bengal as well as local talents shall be presenting, songs, dance, dance drama, one act play including musical presentation on theme Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao on this occasion.
Swarali Sangeet Sanstha Nagpur and Dance Drama Journey to Bengal by Local artists are also set to entertain the gathering along with other cultural programs comprising recitation, singing, drawing competitions etc.
Prabir Chatterjee, secretary, Durga Puja Committee & Kamalesh Maity, secretary ABS has appealed citizens to participate in large number and have a feel of tradition of Bengal.
Indrojit Basu, cultural convener stated that, “This year we are supporting the concept of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Various posters, banners highlighting the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan are on display in the pandal premises and citizens will be encouraged to participate in the countrywide campaign.”
Under the guidance of Tanuj Jyoti Konger, president, Durga Puja Committee, Indrajit Basu, Gautam Roy, Moloy Banerjee, Sumonto Saha, Rajiv Bannerjee & others are working hard for the success of the celebrations.
