Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha’s relationship made headlines when the couple made it official at the Venice International Film Festival. Richa was Ali’s date as his Hollywood movie Victoria & Abdul has a world premiere at VIFF 2017.
Today, Ali took to Instagram to share an adorable picture of the happy couple cuddling up for a hug as Ali takes the selfie.
His caption reads as, “One of my favourite pictures. है तो है।”
Richa also shared the same picture on Instagram and posted a smiling caption.
Earlier talking about their relationship, Richa said, “People are writing shit on my social media accounts like love jihad and all that nonsense, so I find it really humorous. We are not Barack Obama (former US President) or Michelle Obama to make our relationship public. We are just two humble actors. So, I don’t think anyone cares about it. But the fact that I took a trip to Venice to be with him… I think that says something.”
Speaking about Victoria & Abdul, Richa was all praises for the movie and Ali as she said, “Couldn’t be more proud! Ali Fazal! You held your own. Magnificent in the film and in a magnificent film.”
Recently, a popular US-based magazine listed Ali in the list of 10 Actors to Watch for 2017. Describing the actor, the magazine stated, “Star of the Bollywood films Fukrey and Khamoshiyan, Fazal made his American film debut in Furious 7, Fazal stars opposite Judi Dench in the upcoming Stephen Frears film Victoria & Abdul.”
