Nagpur News : Alert citizens and Sitauldi cops together caught three women thieves when they were making an escape after stealing a bag from another woman. All the three women thieves were taken into police custody.
As per information, Sunita Indrapal Singh (32) was walking in front of Nagpur Railway Station gate when she realized that her small bag was missing from her handbag. She turned and noticed three women running. Sunita immediately suspected the three women and started shouting for help. Commuters responded to the call and nabbed the women before they could escape the scene. Sitabuldi police, deployed near Railway Station, reached the spot as soon as they heard the shouting. They immediately took the three thieves under their custody and recovered the stolen bag which contained Rs 257 cash and a bunch of keys.
On the basis of Sunita’s complaint, Sitabuldi police registered an offence under Section 379 and 34 of the IPC against the thieves and put them behind bars.
