Nagpur: A youth, who had met with an accident on October 1, has succumbed to his head injuries on Sunday night. The accident took place under the jurisdiction of Lakadganj police station.
According to reports, Pradip Prabhakar Shingade (28), a resident of Old Bagadganj, Dhawde Mohalla, was riding his scooty moped on October 1. At around 7.30 pm, his vehicle suddenly skid near Old Bagadgnaj, near Buddha Vihar and he fell unconscious on the ground with major head injuries. He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment. After battling for more than three days, Pradip finally succumbed to his head injuries at around 9.30 pm on Sunday.
