Nagpur: A Star Bus conductor was booked under charges of molestation after a complaint was lodged against him at Jaripatka police station.
A 32-year-old woman boarded the star bus (MH 31 CA 6156) from Cinemax Sitabuldi for Jaripatka on Monday along with her mother. The woman alleged that bus conductor Daniel Patiram Thulkar (42), a resident of Mhada Quarters, Jaripatka, intentionally pushed the victim, police mentioned in the FIR. However, the victim asked the conductor to behave properly but Daniel continued with his indecent gestures and molested the woman, police said.
The victim reached Jaripatka police station and lodged a complaint against Daniel. Cops have registered an offence under Section 354 of the IPC and booked the bus conductor.
