City’s talented Long distance skater bagged two bronze in 51st Speed Skating National Championships held at Ameya Classic Club , Virar.
The first bronze he got is in 10 km points to points event and the second in 42 km Marathon. Piyush has many more national medals in his pocket and has also represented Country at various international championships. The talented skater is doing his B.com (Final year) from Sindhu Mahavidyalay and regularly do his training at NIT skating track under Coach Pravin Deshpande
Piyush gives credits of his succes to his Parents Late Kishore Akre and Kavita Akre, His coach and NDRSA.
