Nagpur News: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has started distribution of application forms of Radio Maxi Cab Scheme to those interested citizens who are beneficiaries under various categories. The Standing Committee Chairman Avinash Thakre and senior Corporator Sunil Agrawal distributed the application forms to around 165 persons on the first day itself.
CATEGORY-1
The beneficiaries of Maharashtra State OBC Finance and Development Corporation (MSOBCFDC) for availing the benefit of Radio Maxi Cab Scheme.
1) Applicant must be of OBC Category
2) He/She should be resident of Nagpur
3) Age should be between 18 and 50 years
4) Men and female can avail the benefit
5) Only one member of a family will be eligible
6) The annual income of applicant should be less than Rs 1 lakh
7) Applicants must possess a permanent LMV license
8) The applicant should not be debtor of any bank, corporation or financial institute
9) Applicants must submit an income certificate signed and sealed by a competent authority, caste certificate, education documents, domicile certificate
10) Applicants must have certificates of two guarantors. The guarantors should be either in Maharashtra Government service or owner of agricultural land/plot/house. (MSOBCFDC will have possession of agricultural land or house/land would be mortgaged)
11) Applicant should have an account in nationalized bank
12) Applicant will be bound by terms and conditions of MSOBCFDC from time to time.
The documents to be submitted with the application forms:
• Caste Validity Certificate attested by a competent authority.
• Income certificate given by Tehsildar
• Two copies of passport-sized photographs
• Educational qualification (at least Class X pass)
• Ration card, Aadhar Card
• Permanent license
• Experience certificate of driving vehicle
• Domicile certificate, tax receipt, telephone bill, rent receipt/agreement copy/electricity bill (Nagpur city)
CATEGORY-2:
The beneficiaries of Maharashtra State Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (MSHFDC) for availing the benefit of Radio Maxi Cab Scheme.
1) Applicant’s first relatives should have a permanent driving license
2) Beneficiary should be 40 per cent handicapped
3) Domicile of Nagpur for 15 years
4) The age should be between 18 and 40 years
5) The applicant should not be debtor of any bank, corporation or financial institute. The annual income of applicant should be less than Rs 5 lakh
6) Only one member of a family will be eligible
7) Applicants must have certificates of two guarantors. The guarantors should be either in Maharashtra Government service or owner of agricultural land/plot/house. (MSOBCFDC will have possession of agricultural land or house/land would be mortgaged)
8) Applicant should have an account in nationalized bank
9) Applicant will be bound by terms and conditions of MSOBCFDC from time to time.

The beneficiaries of Mahatma Fuley Backward Class Development Corporation for availing the benefit of Radio Maxi Cab Scheme.
1) Applicant must be of Scheduled Caste/Neo Boudhha Category
2) He/She should be resident of Nagpur
3) Age should be between 18 and 50 years
4) Men and female can avail the benefit
5) Only one member of a family will be eligible
6) The annual income of applicant should be less than Rs 1 lakh
7) Applicants must possess a permanent LMV license
8) The applicant should not be debtor of any bank, corporation or financial institute
9) Applicants must submit an income certificate signed and sealed by a competent authority, caste certificate, education documents, domicile certificate
10) Applicants must have certificates of two guarantors. The guarantors should be either in Maharashtra Government service or owner of agricultural land/plot/house. (MSOBCFDC will have possession of agricultural land or house/land would be mortgaged)
