Nagpur: The Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED) has organised an oration programme of Dr Dynaneshwar Mulay, former Ambassador on Saturday April 13 at 6 pm at Patrakar Club, Civil Lines.

Dr Mulay will deliver a key note address on ‘India out of India- Transition in the last 35 year’ on this occasion.
