Brigadier Pawan Kumar Ganju has been appointed as Director (Human Resources), Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) through direct recruitment. He has assumed the office at Prakashgad.
The post of Director (HR) has been newly created in MSEDCL and Brigadier is the first one to take charge of the post. A highly qualified Ganju has a vast experience in the field of HR. A native of Jammu and Kashmir, Brigadier has served the Indian army for 38 years in different respected positions.
A science graduate, Brigadier Ganju also holds post-graduation degrees in management, journalism employment management, industrial relations, food analysis from different universities. Besides, he has undergone training of safety, disaster management and various other subjects. He had created a mark for himself in the field of HR while serving the Indian Army.
Assuming the charge, Brigadier Ganju said he would like to bring constructive changes in the HR department of MSEDCL.
