Two youths drive their mobike straight into the Nagpur police Commando

The Commando Kishore Todase was in hot pursuit of the youths who had violated the traffic signal by speeding away while Red light was still on. They were on a Bajaj Pulsar, the infamous name of the bike as almost 98 per cent of chain-snatching cases were carried out by the same motorcycle borne criminals.

A Nagpur police commando was hurt seriously when two motorcycle borne youths straightaway drove their bike onto the policeman.

According to police, the Commando Kishore Todase (34), was in hot pursuit of the youths who had violated the traffic signal by speeding away while Red light was still on at a square near Mata Kachehri. Kishore, along with his colleague Samarth, was on a patrolling duty. The Commando spotted the youths one Amit Sikander Singh (30) and one Ravi Prakash Singh (26), both residents of Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur, breaking the traffic rule and speeding away even the signal was Red. Both the accused were on a Bajaj Pulsar (MH-31/DB 3875), the infamous name of the bike as almost 98 per cent of chain-snatching cases were carried out by the same motorcycle borne criminals.

Kishor and his colleague Samarth chased them with great speed and stopped the speeding youths at some distance away. However, the youths “adventured” by crossing all limits and straightaway drove their motorcycle onto the Commonado Kishor Tadase injuring him seriously. Kishore and Samarth informed the incident to Control Room and in turn the Control Room informed about the incident to other policemen who nabbed the accused youths. They were slapped offences under Sections 353, 427, 34 of IPC.
