Young woman relieved of gold chain

Nagpur News : A young woman was relieved of her gold chain in Ambazari police station area on Sunday. Anju Mukesh Mishra (23), a resident of Takshashila Apartment, Flat No. C/6, Ambazari, was going near Siddhivinayak Mandir on Sunday. When she neared the Mandir, two mobike-borne youths came from behind and the pillion snatched her gold chain worth Rs 50,000. Anju could not even raise an alarm, the thieves had already sped away.

Anju lodged a complaint with Ambazari Police Station against the unidentified youths. Cops registered an offence under Sections 392 and 34 of the IPC. Further investigations are on.
