There wasn’t much suspense anyway about the outcome of today’s vote of confidence after all the ‘outsiders’ who are supporting Parrikar were tied up after being sworn in as Ministers yesterday.
Vishwajit Rane, son of former Goa CM and leading Congress leader walked out and abstained from voting.
