Meet Mr. Akash Ramteke with his new venture – Talking Hands- a restaurant where people who cannot hear and speak have come together to give an experience beyond words. Growing up with a friend with a similar disability, he developed a special connection with these people and wanted to share their special powers.
Serving authentic Middle-Eastern,Turkish and Persian food along with Indian food, this place has a lot to offer for food lovers. For non-vegetarians, it is a feast on Gost-e-Akbar, Shish Taouk, Chapli Kebab and Galouti Kebab among other delicacies. Not disappointing the vegetarians, they also serve Paneer Shish Taouk, Hyderabadi Paneer and other Mughalai dishes. The tastes are very fresh and zesty. And if you are a non-alcholic “drinker”, there are a whole lot of mocktails, beverages and smoothies to try.
The live soft music makes the experience all the more delightful. They have directions on the table mats and menu guiding you how to interact with these differently abled people. So to have a peaceful and energizing meal do sign to dine in at this new place at Sadar.
