Nagpur News: Girls of the Basket Ball team of Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar defeated the host team, Jain International School to clinch the trophy in the Shree Shantilal Badjate International Basket Ball Tournament held from 30th to 3rd Nov 2012 at Jain International School. The final score was 27 – 20. Earlier they defeated Delhi Public School by 12 points (16 – 4) to reach the finals.
The team members consist of Tanya Bhartia, Palak Mohta, Vedika Sarda, Sonal Sarda, Muskan Kataria, Kanak Parashar, Aparna Agrawal, Gauri Damdoa, Sejal Jain, Esha Hazra and Richa Saboo.
The school management congratulated the students and their coach Ms.Swati Kadoo for their excellent performance.
