
Sharad Bagdi was the Chief Advisor of the Seminar. The basic concept of the seminar was to educate the Rotarians, Principals of the Schools, Parents and Youths of the city. There are two basic exchange programs. Short term and Long term. Students studying in 9th and 10th standard were invited for the seminar.
President Prashant Pimpalwar briefed about various activities of Rotary and welcomed various dignitaries and participants. He congratulated Chandrashekhar Lawtawar for bringing up the concept of organizing such a great event for the youth of Orange City.
Dr. Sudhir Bhiwapurkar, District Chairman, IYE Project briefed the basic concept behind the exchange program and its history. Former IYE Chair, Rajinder Khurana who is very much instrumental in conducting Exchange Program every year shared his experience regarding the exchange program and duties of inbound, outbound youth, the host and the club also.

He told, expenses of to and from air fare and other formalities are to be borne by the parents. Once selected, the expenses of stay in foreign countries, education and excursion tours are carried out by the local Rotary clubs there. He also expressed that the exchange program will get a boost as a result of the seminar.
District Secretary Vijay Naidu briefed regarding the Cultural Shock experienced by the parents as well as procedure to cope up with the same. Dr. Shantala Bhole shared her experience as a Counsellor for inbound students.

Parinita Maturkar of RCN Elite compared the program very well while Nishant Birla managed the arrangements during the seminar. Ajay Patil, Seema Tiwari, Pramod Ambatkar, Gaurav Jaiswal, Prasad Fadnavis, Pramod Ambatkar, Alhad Surjikar, Jeetu Uttarwar has taken lot of efforts in inviting the students from various schools and for the success of the Seminar. Chandrashekhar Lawtawar proposed the Vote of Thanks. The seminar was a big success and around 500 participants were present for the seminar. Rotarians, Principals of various schools, students alongwith their parents expressed satisfaction for the information provided during the seminar.
The parents expressed gratitude towards the Rotary club of Nagpur Elite for organizing such seminars for their awareness regarding the great opportunity provided by the Rotary to the society for cultural exchanges and learn new things during the Question Answer session. Dr. Bhiwapurkar, Rajinder Khurana and Vijay Naidu addressed the various queries of the parents. They also requested to organise such events every year. The last date of application to participate in this International Youth Exchange program had been extended upto 15th November, 2015 on popular demand.
