Nagpur: In a tragic incident, an 8-year old boy lost his life when he fell from terrace of his house and received critical injuries to chest and head. The incident took place in Tehsil area on Sunday evening.
The deceased kid has been identified as Azhar Jamal Tariq Jamal Ansari, resident of Divan Shaha, Takiya in Tehsil area. Azhar was playing on terrace of his house around 5 pm on Sunday. While playing, Azhar suddenly lost balance and came crashing down on the ground and suffered chest and head injuries. He was rushed to Mayo Hospital but succumbed to the fatal injuries around 8.20 pm while undergoing treatment.
API Giri has registered a case of accidental death and investigating the matter further.
