Nagpur: In a heinous act, a 60 year old man was caught sexually exploiting a 4 year old girl, reportedly a daughter of one of his relatives, under Kotwali police station.
The accused, identified as Naresh Badge (60), has been arrested by Kotwali police under sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The four-year-old girl had gone to Badge’s house to play. Badge is a distinct relative of the survivor. On Sunday night, Badge, whose wife left him a few years ago, had a few drinks before the survivor came to his house.
The drunk accused took the survivor to his room and started exploiting her. The survivor’s father and grandmother went to the accused’s house looking for her when they saw Badge exploiting the minor.
Soon, the survivor was taken away by her father, who rushed to Kotwali police station and registered an offence.
