Nagpur: The accused had been telephoning one Nirmal Murlidhar Davani, residentb of Satu Halwai Chowk coming under the jurisdiction of Juni Kamptee police station that he has been speaking from Help Mantra Company and their company has a tie up with SBI Insurance Company. And if the former takes the policy from their company he will get a BP and sugar check machines free.
The accused asked Nirmal to pay the policy money Rs 15,500 online. But the Niral did not get the machines after paying the money. He lodged a complaint with Juni Kamptee police station. Police Sub Inspector Ganvir registered an offence under section 420 of IPC and is investigating
