Nagpur: A 15 year old girl residing in the Jurisdiction of Jaripataka went missing on 19 March. The girl was said to have gone to school but did n ot return in the evening. The family members searched for her everywhere there was no trace of hers. It is said that some unidentifies person must lured her to go with him.
According to the complaint lodged with the police by her kin, Police constable, as per the supreme court directives that if any minor boy or girl goes missing the case should be treated as that of kidnapping, registered an offence under a section 363 of IPC.
