400 results of winter exams yet to be declared

Nagpur: Nagpur university’s 400 winter examination results are still pending even as two months have passed after winter 2014 examination of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University(RTMNU) being concluded, still around 400 results are not yet announced.

Nagpur university claims of improvement in examination section, but the situation remains the same. The late results will have an impact on the summer examinations 2015.

The winter examination of RTMNU began from October 2014 and continued till December 2014. Students are facing problems even as 60 days have passed but many of the results are not yet declared. According to rules before applying for next class, results should be declared so that students take admissions for new subjects of summer academic session. According to Maharashtra Universities Act 1994, results should be declared in 45 days.

According to information around 442 examination results have been declared till now. Many students also apply for reassessment of their papers, which could further delay their result and summer examination. The delay in results are causing concern in the minds of the students.
