4 miscreants set farm material afire, booked

Nagpur News: Kalamna police have booked four youths, including a teenager, on the charges of setting farm material on fire and thereby causing loss of Rs 1 lakh to the owner.

According police, the incident occurred between Sunday and Monday in a village near Kalamna. The complainant,  Ramchandra Mangal Rewade (40), a resident of Pawangaon near Kalamna, had kept the material in his farm. The accused Rajkumar Sitaram Kosre (18), a resident of Dharam Nagar, Kalamna, along with his three other accomplices, including the teenager, set the farm material on fire without any apparent reason and fled the spot.

Ramchandra, in his complaint to Kalamna police, said that the damage to the material caused by fire has cost him Rs 1 lakh. Cops have registered an offence under Sections 435 and 34 of the IPC against the accused and probing the matter further.
